INTEGRATED THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

What I offer …

My signature session is an Integrated Therapeutic Bodywork Session.

Every session is tailored to your body's unique needs. Rather than asking you to decide which technique you need, we'll begin by listening—to your concerns, your goals, and your body's responses. From there, we'll choose the approach that offers the most support.

Sessions may incorporate therapeutic massage, myofascial work, craniosacral techniques, lymphatic work, scar mobilization, or other hands-on therapies as appropriate.

If a particular modality sparks your curiosity, you're welcome to choose it as the focus of your session. The descriptions below are simply meant to help you explore the possibilities—your session will always be guided by your goals, your comfort, and what your body needs in the moment.

Many Ways to Support the Body

Every body communicates differently, and no single approach is right for every person or every session. My training in a variety of bodywork modalities gives us options. Some days your body may benefit from focused therapeutic work, while other times a gentler approach like craniosacral or lymphatic techniques may offer the support that's needed.

As a way to help you become familiar with the possibilities, I’ve included simple descriptions below about some of my most popular modalities and what each can offer. If you have questions or want to talk more feel free to book a Discovery Session or reach out.

CRANIAL SACRAL THERAPY

What is Cranial Sacral?

Cranial Sacral Therapy is a gentle modality that can calm and realign the nervous system while addressing restrictions in the body at a more profound level.

It may provide relief from a variety of symptoms, including headaches, neck pain, anxiety, chronic pain, and side effects of cancer treatment, among many others.

Clients often report experiencing a deep and lasting sense of relaxation and peace during and after sessions.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

What is Manual Lymphatic Drainage?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic form of bodywork that supports the body’s natural processes of fluid movement and elimination. Sessions are deeply relaxing, and clients often describe a sense of lightness, relief, and calm afterward.

Lymphatic drainage can be a supportive modality for people living with chronic health challenges and lingering symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, swelling, and a feeling of heaviness or congestion. It offers the body a space to rest and restore while supporting its natural processes of healing and balance.

SWEDISH, DEEP TISSUE & MYOFASCIAL

Swedish, Deep Tissue & Myofascial Bodywork

These approaches form the foundation of therapeutic massage and can be adapted to meet a wide variety of needs. Whether you're looking to reduce pain, relieve muscle tension, improve mobility, or simply unwind, your session is customized using the amount of pressure and techniques that best support your body.

Swedish massage uses flowing, relaxing strokes to calm the nervous system, improve circulation, and ease general tension.

Deep tissue work focuses on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to address areas of chronic tightness or restricted movement.

Myofascial techniques gently work with the body's connective tissue (fascia) to reduce restrictions, restore movement, and support lasting change.

Despite the names, these approaches aren't defined by how much pressure is used—they're defined by the intention behind the work. Together, they create a versatile foundation that can be tailored to your comfort level, your goals, and what your body needs in the moment.

REFLEXOLOGY

What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle, focused practice that works with the feet, hands, or ears to support the whole body. Through specific points and areas of pressure, reflexology offers a unique way to address tension and promote relaxation while inviting you to slow down and reconnect.

Whether you’re feeling stressed, physically tense, run down, or simply in need of a moment to rest, reflexology can help create a sense of grounding, balance, and calm.

It can be enjoyed on its own or as a soothing addition to a massage session, offering the body a quiet space to rest and restore.
